Our Community Commitment

ProfileSity connects students, universities, advisors and education providers worldwide. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and trustworthy environment for everyone. These standards apply to all users and all platform activities.

Respect and Safety

Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted on ProfileSity:

• Violent, threatening or graphic content
• Sexually explicit material
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics
• Private information without consent
• Fraudulent, deceptive or scam content
• Malware, viruses or harmful code
• Copyright-infringing material

Academic Integrity

As an education platform, we uphold strict academic integrity standards:

• Do not submit forged, falsified or altered documents
• Do not misrepresent academic qualifications or test scores
• Do not plagiarise application essays or statements
• Do not share exam content or assessment answers
• Do not use services that complete applications on your behalf fraudulently

For Universities and Advisors

Institutional users must additionally:

• Advertise only programs they are authorised to offer
• Provide accurate fee, deadline and requirement information
• Respond to student enquiries professionally and promptly
• Protect student data and documents
• Not guarantee admission, visa or scholarship outcomes
• Maintain required licences and authorisations

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these standards:

1. Use the Report button on the relevant content or profile
2. Provide details about the violation
3. Our Trust & Safety team will review within 24-48 hours
4. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@profilesity.com

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Warning notification
• Temporary feature restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required

We consider the severity, context and history of violations when taking action.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@profilesity.com within 30 days of the action. Include your account email and details supporting your appeal.
